1. OPT-IN PAGE REQUIREMENTS:

Image: Please send an 80x40 image (.jpg or .gif) File Size Limit: 30k

Headline Copy: 80 Character Max

Body/Offer Copy: 150 Characters Max (The shorter the text, the better the offer tends to perform)

Privacy Policy: Please attach your company’s Privacy Policy.

**The Privacy Policy must contain text only. A word document with only text will suffice. There can not be any additional links within the page.

2. CUSTOM SURVEY PAGE REQUIREMENTS:

Image: Up to 600x300 pixels – 100k File Size Limit

This image should include text that briefly explains the service/offer so the consumer knows what he/she is filling out.

Survey Questions:

Each question can contain up to 255 characters of text.

For each question, there is an answer component. You must specify if the answer is Free-Form Text, Pull-Down List and/or Dynamic Drop-downs.

3. DATA TRANSFER INSTRUCTONS:
