  1. Eric O’Neill profile image

    Eric O’Neill


    With over 17 years of digital media experience, including 15 years specifically in customer acquisition, Eric shapes the direction and vision for Permission Data. He is responsible for all revenue, marketing and strategic initiatives. Prior to starting Permission Data, Eric held sales management roles at start-up Music Vision, Net2phone (now Ignition One) and Mail.com (NASD: ESIC). It was in these previous roles that Eric gained invaluable experience in customer service, management, leadership, sales, risk assessment and hard work, which has led to the success of Permission Data.

  2. Doug O’Neill profile image

    Doug O’Neill


    As Permission Data’s Chief Operating Officer, Doug is responsible for managing the company’s technical vision and day-to-day operations, including product development and team growth. Doug is also responsible for managing the Business Development Team, partnering with publishers using AdQuire Agent, Permission Data’s syndicated post registration monetization service.

    Prior to co-founding Permission Data, Doug was the Vice President of Product Management and Sales at PhoneFree.com / Gemini Voice Solutions, a voice-over-IP application solutions provider. He started his professional career as a software developer, eventually moving into sales and business development for a series of start-ups that were rolled up into nCube, a streaming-video solutions provider for the cable television industry.

  3. Stephanie Wyand profile image

    Stephanie Wyand


    Stephanie has been with Permission Data since 2005, where she oversees all aspects of online marketing strategy and initiatives in order to optimize online growth and distribution. With experience in both email marketing and customer acquisition, Stephanie currently spearheads all online media planning. She also launched, and now manages, Permission Data’s AdQuire Select and AdQuire Convert products. Her drive, assertiveness and willingness to take on new projects make her a major asset to the team. Stephanie graduated from Manhattan College and majored in marketing.

    Mike McEvoy


    Mike oversees operations and client account management. Since joining Permission Data in 2008 he has helped facilitate campaign set up and data integration with thousands of clients utilizing hundreds of different API’s. He has been influential in the progress of the company by managing and implementing technology tools, as well as maintaining excellence in campaign set up and management.

    Prior to joining Permission Data, Mike worked as a Systems and Operations analyst in the finance industry, in which his primary focus was operational workflow improvement and data migration during mergers and acquisitions. Data and systems integration has been the focus of Mike’s career for over 15 years.
